Design & Engineering
The Design and Engineering team at Pleasant Mount Welding, Inc. includes two licensed Professional Engineers along with many other engineers to help meet any of your design needs. If you have a challenging project that requires structural, mechanical, and environmental engineering, we have the resources and experienced personnel to get the job done. All engineering is done in accordance with AISC, ASME, AWS, and ANSI requirements.
Our design team creates innovative solutions for challenging projects using Fusion 360 (3D modeling software) along with 3D printing technologies for rapid prototyping. Our detailing team utilizes the latest detailing software including AutoCAD and Advance Steel in order to produce accurate and easy to follow shop drawings. Their goal is to get approved shop drawings on the first submittal. We follow YOUR schedule when creating submittals.
We manufacture many different miscellaneous metals and structural steel products for our clients. We design and create welded handrail as well as our highly engineered mechanical handrail systems for guarding tanks, reservoirs, platforms, power plants, wastewater facilities, guided walkways, and stairs. Our in-house aluminum bar and plank grating manufacturing compliments our fabricated features in a low maintenance and environmentally friendly way. Our project management, customer service, and quality of our fabricated products are exceptional and unmatched in our industry.
