Pleasant Mount Welding replaced the old, heavy and weathered FRP covers on the Sludge Membrane Tank at the Waymart WWTP (Waymart, PA) with our new Standard-Duty Aluminum Interlocking Flat Panel Covers. The new cover provides better odor control and easy access to the membrane units located in the tank. The interlock/support beam members were configured to allow for easy removal of the membrane units and hinged cover panels were included to allow for access to the area below the cover.

Pleasant Mount Welding, Inc. fabricated this custom 3-line welded guardrail at Logan Airport Terminal C. This aluminum guardrail consisted of a 3" pipe top rail with solid rectangular bar mid-rails & posts.

Pleasant Mount Welding was awarded this project to fabricate the structural steel building frame for the Bay Park Sewage Treatment Plant Main Substation and Electrical Distribution in East Rockway, New York. This project is just one of the many Bay Park contracts PMWI has been awarded, along with the Flood Protection Flood Gates at both the North Vehicular Gate and the South Vehicular Gates (shown in the first picture).

Pleasant Mount Welding designed & fabricated this aluminum flat panel cover system for the Hartford Water Pollution Control Facility in Hartford, Connecticut. Plant Operators need access to the troughs below the covers for cleaning & maintenance purposes. The original design of this cover was to use aluminum checker plate covers with thousands of bolts to fasten them down. PMWI was asked to come up with an alternative solution for more efficient maintenance tasks. Our solution was this combination of fixed & hinged aluminum cover panels with slam latches for fastening. Not only did this design make maintenance tasks more efficient, it decreased the overall cost of the cover system.

Pleasant Mount Welding, Inc. was awarded this job to fabricate this unique multi-flight stair in Plainview, New York. The stair consisted of galvanized & primed steel structural members with aluminum grating & aluminum handrail.

Pleasant Mount Welding, Inc. fabricated this black anodized aluminum pedestrian railing for the Yankee Doodle Bridge in Plainville, Connecticut.
